Overtime Rates

• First 8 overtime hours per week: 125% of hourly rate
• Additional overtime hours: 150% of hourly rate
• Calculated above contracted weekly hours

Holiday Pay

• 8% of gross annual salary
• Paid annually in May
• 2026 Update: Part-time employees receive holiday pay based on previous year's average

Working Hours

• Full-time: 40 hours per week
• Part-time: Proportional to contract
• Maximum driving time according to EU regulations
• Minimum 11 hours rest between shifts
